About Us
On December 10, 2010, a bipolar, physically disabled woman looked at her current employment situation and realized she could better herself. With a leap of faith, she resigned and went home to her laptop. Quickly updating her own resume and writing a cover letter, she began applying for positions in her field.
Once in a while she questioned whether her illnesses would stop her from persevering. She threw that out of her mind. Nothing, she decided, would stop her. Nothing.
She had high standards for herself. She wanted benefits, base and commission, and discovered a variety of techniques in job hunting. She researched every company as they began to call her. The phone interviews started. Face to face interviews.
On December 17, 2010, Jenny Rebecca Winters received three excellent job offers and had the luxury of choosing what was best for her.
Jenny Winters Consulting was born in January of 2011 with its first client. Since then, we have had 100% success in helping others with employment and personal challenges. We have placed people with mental illnesses and prison records. Our clients include immigrants, architects, technical writers, non-profit workers and clergy.
